OnSite Therapies Inc., started her career as a speech-language pathologist over 20 years ago. After working in pre-school and public schools in Faulkner, Pulaski and Pope counties, Kim moved to Friendship Community Care (FCC) in Russellville, Arkansas. During her 8 year tenure at Friendship, she was the Director of Therapy Services and later the Director of Pediatrics.
In August of 2000, Kim began OnSite Therapies. Initially, an off-shoot of OnSite Resources a wireless consulting company owned by Steve Jones, Kimís husband, and Todd Smithhart, accountant, OnSite Therapies began as a therapy staffing and consulting company. Under Kimís leadership OnSite Therapies soon grew to become a regional provider of physical, occupational & speech-language therapy with therapy staffing services spanning from Little Rock to rural Yell County to Conway and Heber Springs.
During the past decade, OnSite Therapies has transitioned from a staffing and consulting company to a premier provider of pediatric therapy services in the greater Little Rock area. OnSite Therapies Clinic located in West Little Rock employees over 20 physical therapists, occupational therapists and speech-language pathologists who provide services to hundreds of children. Kim is credited with the planning, development, and growth of OnSite Therapies, Inc.
Kim has been a resident of Conway most of her life, having completed her Bachelorís and Masterís degrees at the University of Central Arkansas. Kim and Steve who were married in 1984 have three sons, Matthew, Jeffrey, and Mitchell, and continue to reside in Conway.
Graduated from UCA with a BBA in Accounting; married with 2 children, Canon & Cayenne. She has been with Onsite Therapies since 2001. Cindy enjoys reading, running, and watching any and all sports.
Therapy Supervisor & PT
Angela Johnson or ďMs AngelaĒ as she is more affectionately known, has been a part of the Onsite family since 2001. She began her career with Onsite as a staff Physical Therapist and transitioned into the role of Therapy Supervisor in 2003. She continues to work in a dual role serving as the lead Physical Therapist as well as serving as the direct supervisor of our diverse staff of OTs and SLPs. Angela has always had a passion for helping children to achieve success with her work with children extending back into her early years growing up in Charleston, West Virginia.
Being from a large family herself, Angela understands the importance of recognizing differences but at the same time working together to achieve a goal. Angela received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Alcorn State University (Lorman, MS) in 1997. She went on to complete her Master of Physical Therapy degree at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore (Princess Anne, MD) in 2000. While in Mississippi, she met her husband James and they now have three energetic children- Carrington, Timothy, and Anniston.
Felipe Ramirez is a Bilingual Administrative Assistant. He went to Heritage College, in Little Rock, where he graduated as a Massage Therapist. He is working on getting licensed as a Massage Therapist to start his practice. He is glad to help in the administrative area of the clinic and enjoys working with children.
Is a graduate of Occupational Therapy Assistant program at the University of Louisiana at Monroe. She has been at Onsite Therapies since November of 2007 and absolutely loves working with children. She also enjoys scrapbooking, writing stories, reading, watching college football, and hanging out with friends and family.
Received her entry level Master degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Central Arkansas in August 2008. Stephanie became a part of the Onsite family in 2008, after enjoying a three month clinical rotation with our company. She is very passionate about assisting children in developing the necessary skills for improved ability to function with their environments. Stephanie is well versed in servicing children with visual deficits/ impairments and currently provides skilled intervention to individuals at the Arkansas School for the Blind and Visually Impaired.
Her continuing education includes multiple courses on sensory integration and Praxis techniques / strategies as well as handwriting evaluation and remediation. Stephanie married her college sweetheart, Jacob, May 2009 and the two of them live in Little Rock with their two dogs, Mia and Zoe. In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys spending tie with family and friends, shopping, baking and being outdoors.
